These are just a few of the things people are saying about Jacki King when she speaks at youth events. A simple phrase to mark Jacki King would be, “just one of the girls.” Jacki does workshops, sermons, and devotionals based upon the scripture and how it relates to basic teen life.
Although she is able to relate to all teenagers, her love and joy is to work with teen girls through Bible studies, conferences, and disciple nows. Jacki uses the everyday happenings of being a teenage girl at the homecoming dance, sleepovers on the weekend, or being bumped by the popular guy at school, and relates to how a modern day girl can meet an ancient and present God.
Don’t let the southern charm fool you. Jacki reminds teenagers that one’s life will never reach its full potential unless Christ is in the center of it. She lays the scripture out there for all to see. Your teens will relate to Jacki and will want to “hang out” with her throughout the day. Jacki lives in East Texas with her husband Josh where they are student ministers. They spend most of their spare time going to their student’s sporting events, barbecuing, and watching the nationally ranked UT Longhorns. They are true Texans.
